Snakie

    • Snakie is carved and drilled mesquite from a friend’s yard in Tucson. He is my favorite wand. I doubt I could ever make another like him.
    • Drilled for battery case. wiring, and enchantment cavity
    • Thorn drilled out for switch
    • Mouth and eyes carved
    • Eyes are drilled out throns
    • First stain turned the wood green!
    • There are four snake heads, each set of eyes from a thorn pair.
    • Most people press on the sanded down thorn, thinking it is the switch.
    • Venomous snake fangs from ebay (Snakie’s are from molded epoxy porcelain)
